Refund policy:  Thank you for supporting Garnet Moon! Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL at Garnet Moon, including products and services. If you are unhappy with a product or service, please reach out to us as soon as possible, so we can make things right. 


*Please Note: None of our products or services replace medical treatment, delay treatment, and are not meant to treat, prevent or cure any disease or illness. Please do not discontinue treatment with your medical doctor or stop any medications you may be prescribed. Our products are not pharmaceuticals or evaluated by the FDA. 


Contact us as soon as possible if you receive any damaged, lost, or stolen products so we can work with the carrier and may issue a replacement. Garnet Moon does not offer refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen products; we only issue replacements. 
We do not offer refunds for private services with Lindsay or any of our courses. One-on-one private sessions booked with Lindsay must be paid before the session, and refunds are not given if canceling after the 24 hours reschedule/cancellation window. If you change your mind about the session and would like a refund before the 24 hours reschedule/cancellation window, we will honor a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service after the service has already happened, please let us know so we can work to make it right with you
