Regain The Balance of Your Estrogen Naturally

GREAT NEWS!! You have so much MORE CONTROL with your hormones than you may think – but sadly we are made to believe that we don’t have control, and chemicals and no answers are part of our reality! I promise you that you have so many options.

I want to share some of my BEST tips for helping to balance estrogen dominance and hormones. My last post found HERE, I discussed what estrogen does, the signs and symptoms of estrogen dominance, and I briefly touched on some of my tips to balance estrogen and hormones naturally. Well, in this post, I will dive in deeper about how to TAKE ACTION on balancing estrogen and hormones naturally. Let’s get HAPPY HORMONES & learn how to Regain Balance of Estrogen Naturally!




Energy is always going to be the main ingredient in your wellness masterpiece. It is just the way it is! So, below I have made a fun graphic of what can lower our vibe, as well as our wellness because energy vibration is always the root, and things we eat, put on our bodies, and expose ourselves to have an energy frequency to them as well! Remember a very crucial energy tip … high vibes = we feel free and weightless. Low vibes = we feel weighed down and stagnant. We all have felt both!

So now it is time to take some action. I know you GOT THIS, GIRL! Let’s go over some action items for getting those hormones in alignment and Regain Balance of Estrogen Naturally.


Take Action & Regain Balance of Estrogen Naturally.

Avoid the “fake” estrogens from the environment and products.

This includes chemicals from personal care products, cosmetics, cleaning products, and processed foods. So much stuff on the market for purchase is loaded with junk; a little research is all it takes to know what is good for you and what isn’t. Knowledge is power, babe! 


Eat SO MANY organic greens!

Here’s the scoop: greens are jam-packed with so many high vibe nutrients and improve your overall digestion due to their fiber content. Our lovely digestive system eliminates excess estrogens. Greens raise your energy vibration, which is fabulous for physical wellness and your magical spirit well-being!

Eat plenty of cruciferous organic veggies.

Some great options are broccoli (let’s do the broccoli dance … yeah!), cabbage (also great for healing the gut), cauliflower (broccoli’s sidekick), kale (builds strong bones), and Brussel sprouts (Brussel sprout hash is incredible!) because they help your body metabolize the correct amount of healthy estrogen, plus the excellent fiber content … I could write pages and pages of the ABUNDANT benefits from veggies. Just eat them as your momma told you to!


Ok, not greens, but warm fresh, squeezed lemon juice detoxifies the liver.

Dandelion greens detoxify the liver, crucial for hormonal balance and fertility. The liver needs to be HAPPY to do its “cleaning house” for you. Some herbs that make a happy liver include milk thistle, burdock, and turmeric.


Ditch plastics as much as you can.

BPA is found in most plastics and is a massive problem with hormonal disruption, including estrogen dominance. Find more creative ways to store foods, liquids, and food prep. opt for a glass water bottle (fun bonus: bottles with healing crystals inside are so great!) and glass food containers. Also, try using wax paper and paper bags for food storage in the fridge. With a tiny bit of change, you can make a HUGE impact!


Take a probiotic for that healthy gut flora.

Some great food sources that contain natural probiotics include:

Fermented foods– like sauerkraut and kimchi. Both are loaded with probiotics, all sorts of vitamins, and immunity boosters.

Kombucha – also loaded with probiotics, B vitamins, and vitamin C. Kombucha is so easy to make, or you can buy it from the supermarket. One of my favorite recipes for homemade kombucha you can find HERE.

One special note about fermented and sour foods is…

I do not recommend consuming 7-days before your period is going to begin. The reason for this, is sour foods like kombucha, kimchi, and pickled foods cause the blood vessels to constrict, which can make PMS related symptoms, such as cramps and headaches much worse.


Reduce body fat & GET MOVING!

It’s no secret that a well-balanced, clean diet and exercise routine has incredible benefits. But it’s TRUE … and this can be very useful in harmonizing estrogen dominance and raising your energy vibrational frequency. Frequently I mention energy frequency, and this is because how you feel is based on your energy frequency at the end of the day (everything is a mirror of the energy you choose, and this is based on what your thoughts are … oh, you have such POWER!). Even a short 15-minute brisk walk will do the trick. The all-or-nothing idea needs to be booted from our thoughts … YOU ARE ENOUGH! The more profound truth is you manifest what you want into your experience when you’re in the vibrational frequency of happiness, and a healthy lifestyle does just this … it makes you HAPPY!


Manage stress.

Ok, stress is the ugly energy. I’m serious! Stress is the energy that doesn’t want you to have any fun and remain chained to limiting beliefs. AND… yet our society continues to buy into the whole stressful lifestyle. I am not saying you’ll never experience stress, but the reality is NOW IS the time to learn when to pick your battles with stress, i.e., when is stress necessary. Stress creates a fight or flight response and causes all kinds of degenerative diseases, and estrogen dominance is one of the many it makes. I am here to tell you stressing out is not worth your energy! Your hormones, including your lady friend estrogen, will thank you. A little side tip … you’ll manifest more of what you want if you let that stress go! 


Reconsider that hormonal birth control & hormonal replacement therapy (HRT)!

Things like the “pill” and other hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) are made from synthetic estrogens, which creates, you guessed it, estrogen dominance. I have been treating women for fertility and hormonal wellness with holistic medicine and soul energy medicine for over ten years. I recommend my clients get off hormonal birth control (HRT) at least one year before TTC (trying to conceive). There are so many excellent and effective natural treatments for PMS-related issues rather than hormonal birth control. You’d be surprised to know over half of the women taking the “pill,” or some hormonal replacement therapy (HRT), are taking it for debilitating symptoms related to their period. I’ve treated so many women with incredible success with herbal medicine, diet, mindset, energy healing, and lifestyle changes. Trust me; you have SO MANY options!


Use essential oils + you’ll smell really pretty too!

Clary Sage is one of my favorite essential oils for estrogen dominance, hormone balance, & Regain Balance of Estrogen NaturallyClary Sage has a lovely earthy aromatic scent and grounds your energy. Clary Sage is so beneficial for women, and I also recommend it to help calm the uterus with PMS-related issues.

I do not recommend using Clary Sage after ovulation if you are TTC (trying to conceive). The reason why is because it can cause the uterus to contract. Also, not a great option if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with your doctor and health providers before incorporating essential oils into your health plan.

A couple of more essentials oils I love for balancing hormones are Frankincense (the holy oil), Lavender (who doesn’t LOVE it?!), and Ylang Ylang (your uterus loves this one!).

Healing Crystals – yes, there’s always a crystal for anything (lol!).

Healing crystals are incredible, but one thing they can help with is overall wellness, opening to receive love & abundance, and ground energy (to name just a few).

I incorporate crystals for a lot, but I’d like to discuss using healing crystals for opening “the reproductive powerhouse” (sacral chakra – uterus & ovaries), brain (crown, third eye, & throat chakras – endocrine system), heart (heart chakra – circulation, blood). We have more chakras than what is listed above, but I will not be going into detail of all the chakras.

Some crystals great to Regain Balance of Estrogen Naturally, hormonal balance, calming energy, and opening to receive include:

Carnelian – This one I call “the baby-making stone,” and the reason why is because it opens the sacral chakra where the uterus and ovaries are located. It will increase blood flow to the reproductive powerhouse (uterus and ovaries). Also, carnelian increases sexual desire.

Amethyst – Grounds and calms energy. An overall fantastic stone to have in your crystal collection. Hormones remain in harmony when the overall energy running through you and your environment is grounding and not chaotic. All you must do is look at the beauty of amethyst to experience its calming charm! A stone great for opening the crown chakra and third eye and balancing the endocrine system.

Rose Quartz – I call this one a “mother stone.” I also recommend this stone be added to the baby’s room for unconditional love surrounding their space. This stone is great for women trying to balance their hormones and keep them in check. It will open your heart chakra and give you a sense of peace. I love this stone so much and recommend placing a rose quartz underneath your pillow when you sleep to increase sweet dreams (awe!).
